When you submit a form we collect what you provide (such as name, phone, email, town/ZIP, service issue, urgency, description, and for contractors, business details), plus basic technical data such as IP address, browser user agent, and submission time.
To respond to your request, connect homeowners with local contractors, set up contractor trials, operate and improve our services, prevent spam and abuse, and comply with law.
If you request service as a homeowner, we share your request and contact information with up to 3 local contractors, who may contact you by call or text (including automated or AI-assisted) if you consented. Those contractors are independent businesses with their own privacy practices.
We use service providers (such as hosting and communication vendors) who process data on our behalf. We may disclose information if required by law. We do not sell your information to data brokers.

We keep information as long as needed for these purposes and use reasonable safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure.
Our services are not directed to children under 13.
